1 packet Myoplex® vanilla cream shake mix
8 ounces cold water
6 ounces liquid chai latté concentrate
9 ice cubes
Put all ingredients (start with the liquids first) in the bowl of a blender. Blend on low speed for 15 seconds then increase speed to high for another 30 seconds or until completely blended.
Pina colada

6 ounces water
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
6 ounces pineapple juice
1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Nutty Chocolate Raspberry
1 packet Myoplex® chocolate cream shake mix
12 ounces cold water
2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter (reduced-fat if possible)
½ cup frozen raspberries

Double Strawberry Pomegranate
1 packet Myoplex® strawberry cream shake mix
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup cold water 3 medium ice cubes

2 tablespoons Nutella®

15 ounces cold water
5 ice cubes
1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter (reduced-fat if possible)
½ medium banana
